As of right now, we utlized PayPAL for method of payment of shipping. You do not need to have a PayPAL account in order to make a purchase. When you continue through your purchase and are ready to check out, it will take you to PayPAL.  There you will have the choice to use your existing account with PayPAL, or to use your charge card without a PayPAL account. We accept VISA, MC, AM EX, DISC.

As of right now, there is no way for me to accept checks, or for those who live close to me, to have pick up at my home unless you send me an email with your order, and not purchase through the website. We are working on this, and hopefully will have those options soon.

Return/Damaged/Problems
At Scrapbooker's Haven, we strive to make the products you want, and ship in a timely fashion. However, there are circumstances which keep us from accomplishing this at times. Back orders, and out of stock may cause a delay.  If so, we will notify you. Also, I travel a lot, going to Beef Expos, Fairs, 4-H and FFA Events, there may be times that I can not ship until I return home. I will notify you if this is the case.
If you have damaged products, or they are not to your liking, you can return them to us for a full refund. If it is a misspelled error on our part, we will replace the product, if it is a misspelled error on the part of the customer, we will redo the item, at cost.

If you are ordering a custom product, please put in the message area when you check out, the size, colors, names, etc. of your custom product.
